This is such a delicious simple recipe.  The combination of red onion, sage and chestnut in the stuffing is lovely.  Do not overcook pork tenderloin as it tends to go a little hard and chewy.  The cheats marmite gravy is genius and can be used on all sorts of dinners (bangers and mash comes to mind) so if you are entertaining and don’t have much time this is a winner.
