This is such a delicious simple recipe.  The combination of red onion, sage and chestnut in the stuffing is lovely.  Do not overcook pork tenderloin as it tends to go a little hard and chewy.  The cheats marmite gravy is genius and can be used on all sorts of dinners (bangers and mash comes to mind) so if you are entertaining and don’t have much time this is a winner.

A wonderful, colourful terrine for the buffet table or sliced as a starter/lunch.  It requires a bit of effort but the results are stunning.  We served it with a piccalilli salad and some toasted sour dough.

Filo Duck and Hoisin Spring Rolls

This is a lovely mouthful of that classic taste of crispy Chinese duck in a spring roll.  The difference being is that filo pastry is used to make the little rolls.  They are a bit fiddly but lovely with drinks as a canape or as a starter with a big pot of Hoisin sauce to dip them in.  Enjoy!
