Chocolate candied orange sticks

We made these during our Christmas 2015 cookery demo and since then have had lots of emails, photos and lovely comments about them.  The candied orange sticks have to be made over serveral days – however, once done they can be kept in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Chocolate Roulade

This is a typical baked chocolate mousse mixture that should look a little cracked when it is rolled and melt in the mouth.  This is quite sweet but works well with fresh raspberries.  ‘Does it freeze?’ We are always asked, well yes it does, just defrost at room temperature.  This is a fairly easy recipe as only a few ingredients.
